Reading the Sendo case against Micro$oft has a certain amount of Deja-vu about it. Explained nicely by the folks at The Register, it’s almost like a re-run of every other court case against Micro$oft… ever.
Yeah, it’ll take forever in the US courts, and of course, Micro$oft will manage to make itself look blissfully innocent. It seems that as long as Micro$oft is taken to court in US territories under a judicial system their lawyers can run rings around, this kind of thing will continue well into the future.
Just like the Coca-Karma case, it sucks that the bigger corporation can get away with absolutely criminal behavior.
